Abstract

Objective: To identify the relationship between organizational climate and faculty performance, according to student perceptions in the post-Covid-19 pandemic period. Methodology: A non-experimental, cross-sectional, and correlational design with a quantitative approach was used. The sample consisted of 250 students, randomly selected by strata, who completed validated instruments with adequate psychometric consistency. Results: From the students' perspective, faculty perform in a favorable organizational environment. However, teaching performance was rated as average. A moderate correlation between the two variables was found, with a coefficient of 0.598, statistically significant (p< 0.05). Conclusions: A significant relationship between organizational climate and faculty performance was identified, with a moderate correlation. These findings highlight the importance of fostering a positive institutional environment characterized by harmony and satisfaction in faculty-administration relations, as such an environment can significantly enhance faculty professional performance.
