he research deals with the evaluation of chemical and physical analysis of the bleaching residues of refined fish oil, the objective was to analyze the physical-chemical characteristics of the compost based on bleaching earth residues. It is based on the descriptive experimental methodology; Since compost tests made with 33.3% of bleaching earth, 33.3 of dry grass and 33.3% of guano guano were implemented, after 100 days samples were taken for analysis. The results determined that the humidity was 1.56%, pH with 7.5, CEC CON 35.1 meq./100 g, particle size> 45 µm, other characteristics remaining fat 39.02% and Numbering of fecal coliforms 1.8 MPN / 1000 ml. Therefore, it is concluded that the use of bleaching earth is adequate since its characteristics of chemical and physical analysis add nutrients and consistency for the production of compostDownloads
