Abstract

The figure of effective collaboration has been producing good results in the fight against organized crime in our country and different parts of the world in recent years, in Peru it has served a lot in the fight against terrorism, acts of corruption and violations of human rights that occurred during the 90s, and continues to do so now against the corruption of high public officials, who are mostly part of criminal organizations, is an exchange of relevant information for an act of felony, for a improvement in the legally deserved penalty.
