Objective: This study analyzes the Glass of Milk Program (PVL) in the Pocollay District Municipality, evaluating the food supply, the perception of the compliance with the regulations governing it, and the effectiveness of the program's supervision and control. Methodology: The research adopts a qualitative approach, of a basic type and descriptive level, based on grounded theory. An interview guide was used to collect data. Conclusions: Deficiencies in the implementation of the PVL were identified, hindering the achievement of its objectives. Participants' perception of regulatory compliance reveals inconsistencies in the application of the regulations, affecting the proper distribution of resources and limiting the program's reach to vulnerable individuals.Downloads
