The pedagogical management and the quality of the educational service in the Educational Institution "Mercedes Indacochea Lozano" of the district of Huacho

Abstract

Objective: To determine the relationship between pedagogical management and the quality of the educational service in the Educational Institution “Mercedes Indacochea Lozano” of the District of Huacho - Province of Huaura - 2018? Method: The scientific research carried out is basic, non-experimental causal correlational, the study factors are two: the pedagogical management and the quality of the educational service. The design used is transactional, correlational, transverse bivariate. Questionnaires for data collection were applied to 80 students of the Mercedes Indacochea Lozano educational institution. The data were processed through the formula: Spearman Correlation Coefficient, (Non-parametric version of Pearson's correlation coefficient), based on the ranges of the data instead of the actual values. The coefficient values range from -1 to +1. The sign of the coefficient indicates the direction of the relationship and the absolute value of the correlation coefficient indicates the strength of the relationship between the variables. Higher absolute values indicate that the ratio is greater. In addition, the SPSS Statistical Program was used to process the surveys and test hypotheses. Results The figures obtained allow us to first show that there is a good positive correlation between the development of pedagogical management and the quality of the educational service of the Educational Institution “Mercedes Indacochea Lozano” with a Spearmann Rho = 0.769 ** and the p_ value is of 0.000 <0.05. Conclusions: That there is a direct and significant relationship between the pedagogical management and the quality of the educational service of the educational institution “Mercedes Indacochea Lozano” of the district of Huacho, when obtained as a correlation coefficient of Rho de Spearmann =, 769 ** + and the value of ρ = 0.000 <0.05.
