Abstract

The present study entitled “Relationship between preprofessional pedagogical practices and knowledge about the 2017 National Curriculum in the students of the Manuel Gonzales Prada Higher Pedagogical Institute, Lima, 2018”, had as its main objective to determine the relationship between preprofessional pedagogical practices and knowledge on the 2017 National Curriculum, to achieve this objective, the methodology called quantitative was followed, which includes a set of activities and procedures that show the intention of the research through the operationalization of the variables involved and the presentation of data statistics such as pie charts and frequency tables. The research design is non-experimental, that is, descriptive correlational. The population was formed by all the peer cycles of said institute, giving a total of 120 students. As a result, it was shown that, in the hypothesis initially proposed, “there is a linear, direct and significant relationship between pre-professional practices and knowledge about the 2017 National Curriculum”.
