Objective: Determine the influence of interlearning groups as a strategy in improving the curricular planning of teachers in primary educational institutions. Materials and Method: Pre-experimental study, the pre- and post-test were assessed on a sample of 30 directors and teachers, then processed using the SPSS program. Results: It has been shown that interlearning groups contribute to planning curricular programs, proposing and applying new ways of learning according to the sociocultural reality, on the other hand, improving skills to support students according to their particularities, as well It is evident how much better they are prepared, they can select various ways of teaching, applying the appropriate methods and overcome the student's difficulties. Conclusion: Interlearning groups were efficient for teachers' curricular planning, because the statistics showed an increase of 7,63 between pre- and posttest, the sample demonstrated greater organization in teaching and learning in their educational center.Downloads
