Abstract

Objective: To analyze the relationship between the didactic process and the educational quality in the training of the students at Education Faculty of the UNJFSC of Huacho-2019. Methods: Descriptive, through processes of analysis and synthesis of specialized documents and from the opinion of professors and university students, which allowed us to establish the characteristics of the didactic process and the educational quality at Education Faculty. Results: The educational quality in the professional training of university students, the didactic processes at the university level, the quality of university teaching-learning and the achievement of cognitive, attitudinal, habitual skills, evaluative and critical skills and solution of problems of the good teacher are interrelated in the training of teachers at Faculty Education. Conclusions: The level of the capacities of university teachers influences the education and educational quality of the students at Faculty Education.
